JKL Leadership Question: Base speed
I'm curious what base speed refers to here. Is it before mod speed (what we generally refer to as base speed) or is it after mod, but before buffs? I only question because leadership specifically me...

That is my assumption, but I figured it was best to ask before confidently stating that.
I would read it in this case to mean after mods, but before any other manipulations that occur once the match starts.
Based on the statement that it is calculated at the start of the battle, this is how I read it as well. Would be nice to get confirmation.
