Just showing what a beast Thrawn is

So this happened in arena yesterday. I went against a zMaul (l), Darth Vader, Sith Assassin, zSavage and Nihilus team with my Imps.
In the end only my Thrawn (6 star, zeta lead) remained against zSavage and Sith Assassin. I thought that was the end for that match, but I decided to continue and he freaking 1v2d them...
Here is the last pic I could take, it nearly took all 5 mins to finish the battle, I needed to fracture Savage twice and SA once, I was actively using his cleanse to restore protection, but he did it. Barely, but did it.

    He's got great upsides and some minor downsides. Sounds perfect for a premium character. I run him fast behind Tarkin and he's great control.

    Agree that Thrawn is good but I think you would have had more problems with Sith Trooper instead of Vader.

    I agree on that. But fortunately that wasn't the case.

    I really like his toolkit. I used to run a Tarkin (l) with Thrawn, but after I gathered my first zeta, I decided to try Thrawn lead. I'm pretty happy I decided to switch, as it is a fun team to command.

    Not yet. I'm putting my second zeta (when I have it) on Veers for sure, but I have yet to unlock Shoretrooper. And he would be crucial in a team like that, instead of RG who I'm running now. Then I'll surely check the differences between the two teams, but right now the team wouldn't be able to benefit that much from a Veers lead.

    It's weird, when thrawn is alone he can use his cleanse on himself and give him 100% tm, right?. But when he isn't, he can't. It's actually very strange

    Acually, he just receives 50% tm or so, so it's a turn out, but it is worth for the protection gain (that's what saved him) + the cooldown reduction with the '"skipped" turn.

    I use him against the rancor under vader lead. One time while I was running it on auto (and watching), everyone but him died. He used fracture, then took a turn, cleansed himself and gain protection with his special, and then used fracture right away.

    Why does thrawn hit so hard with his basic when hes a support character? This is my only oroblem with him that annoys me..
