Need direction advice

Fleet wise, executrix plus geos and hound’s tooth will carry you until you get a sustainable GET2 income to go for either Malevolence or Negotiator (but trying to stay competitive in fleet is generally a little easier than squad). Short term, geos are pretty good at g12, and if you Relic GBA and maybe Spy, you will dominate the Wat shard mission and be pretty competitive against the Nexu as well.

Since we have (thus far, at least) seem that pretty much any GL with the right supporting cast can beat any other on offense, you will definitely want to start working towards one of them once you have your base teams above sorted, (SEE is the least character intensive, but also one of the less flexible, SLKR is super flexible, but kind of ties with Rey for not providing many useful characters as prerequisites) so whichever flavor of GL you settle on as an end goal will probably influence the additional subsidiary teams you build as well as which GET2 Capital ship you pursue.

In regards to your questions, I feel that Jedi knight Revan is indeed the next logical step for your roster as you have described it.
Fortunately, the gear requirements for unlocking him are fairly low (g8 or so will do for the initial unlock, and there will likely be some crossover between the two teams, as you will initially probably be fielding JKR/Jolee/bastila/GK/GMY until you can get hermit yoda in the mix), so you can definitely keep a focus on gearing your entire Padme team up to (at least) g12 to stay nipping at the heels of the leaders on your shard - that will also give you a solid base down the road for unlocking General Skywalker and sold pilots in JKA/AT/GK for your eventual Negotiator fleet.

Thanks man! That makes a lot of sense. I was kind of leaning that way, in part bc everybody is playing jkr, and bc dr+malak sounds like a dope team. Just curious, when do you think is a good time to start going after SLKR?

I’d do JKR, then DR, Malak and GAS first - since it appears your First Order are non-existent at the moment, you are looking at a minimum 4-6 month 100% dedicated farm to get him (along with ships for the Finalizer, I didn’t actually look at your fleet), and you will end up with a lot of high geared characters that only provide a single mediocre PVP team until you unlock SLKR, it would make your Grand Arena matchups for the next half year VERY unpleasant if you don’t have a base of other solid teams to balance out your top end...

That makes a lot of sense. Ive kinda gathered that GLs are the only real “endgame,” and that they’re not worth the massive time and resource investment till you’ve done pretty much everything else you wanna do.
So, after I get one or two Revan teams and have a decent padme team, would you from there work on building up fleet to enable farming b1 and Shaak Ti (which helps GAS and enables GG and clone teams) or go after CLS or something else?

Also- my bugs are g12ish, and I’m running their ships in fleet arena. I love playing bugs and their ships are a fun team, but do you think they’re worth relicing, or should I focus on shifting to a GR fleet, since I’m farming those characters?

Cool. So since I’m working on GR characters and ships, should I plan to eventually farm JMK? He seems to have a higher proportion of useful characters, but also looks like the hardest farm with two r8s. Is there any consensus on how effectuve he is?

I haven't read every response but I'm going to argue against Jedi Knight Revan. If you've got a solid Padme squad started don't abandon it just to work on JKR. You just unlocked General Kenobi, who is immensely valuable to the Padme squad so you're not quite running at capacity. Once you have the foundational pieces for Padme's team you'll be able to beat the Revan teams quite easily and that includes Darth Revan as well. Shifting to Jedi Revan is only going to bloat your roster

I suggest working towards General Skywalker and focus on rounding out Padme's team first. You should have Padme, General Kenobi, Jedi Knight Anakin, and Ahsoka as the prime four. The fifth can pretty much be any Galactic Republic character until you unlock C3PO, who will become your fifth member. While doing that as your main team you should concurrently be working on Separatist Droids as well, that way once you get the two teams finished you'll be pretty much ready for General Skywalker

Jedi Knight Revan is still a very good character to have but in the game now that team is pretty far down the tier list so while it's something new accounts rush towards the payoff isn't quite as good as several other options. Those people have Revan first, so maybe they perform better in arena right now, but if you stay the course you'll be in far better shape with a good Padme squad and then a General Skywalker team

All that said just decide how you want to play the game. Do you want to be really competitive in GAC? Then don't go for Revan, it'll just bloat your roster and give you bad matchups. Do you want to have a Revan team right now? OK then do it and farm them. Just do what you want and enjoy playing the game the way you want
