Need direction advice

Ships-wise, @TheJEFFtm said it very well. Keep up the Geos/Hound's Tooth fleet, which should keep you within the top 50. Then I'd go for Malevolence, which will carry you to the very top. Does your guild do Geo TB?

I agree with continuing with the Padme team, especially since you have unlocked GK. Putting gear into JKA and Ahsoka will help with fleets once you can unlock Kenobi's capital ship. If you get both his and GG's, then you have the top two capital ships. Just need the two droid ships to go with GG's capital.

Going for GAS is also a good idea over switching to JKR. For a CLS team, you really need both Chewie's and C-3PO, which aren't the easiest to get when you are farming other stuff. CLS, Han, Chewie's and C-3PO are a good counter to a Padme team.

Since you are on a newer shard, you will probably find the first one to a GL will rule for a while. You can research counters. I would bet people would go with SLKR first, but that is probably a ways off unless you have some big spenders.

Interesting. GAS definitely seems like a bigger step up in power than jkr. I assume it’ll take a few months to get there, but when I do I’ll be in a great place with a strong padme, gg, and clone teams, and be ready to start the GL slog.

I agree! My old guild was strong on paper but half the guild was inactive. Definitely progressing faster now.

Considering your team, you seem ftp or close to it. So first, accept that you’ll have a very, very hard time in arena against paying customers. It will alleviate with time. If you want a nice crystal income, fleet is the way to go. If you used geos to unlock Padme, congrats, you have what it takes to build a great fleet at your level.

About farming, you should have several goals at once: your ‘now’ team that you gear (up to g13 for your arena team, I’d stay away from relics if I was you, at least for now), and your ‘tomorrow’ team(s), for which you farm shards only.

Considering your actual status, going for gas could be an interesting project: you already have a a few prerequisites in your arena team. If,it seems appealing to you, you’ll need c3po and sep droids. In this case, you should:

- gear up your Padme team (Padme, Anakin, Kenobi, Asoka) up to g13. The 5th one will be fine at g12, you’ll probably replace it later with 3po. Keep farming haat for sweet gk shards.
- Farm Ewok shards. This could be a long process, start now. The 4 named Ewoks+elder is the best team.
- Farm sep droids shards: b1, b2, magma, droideka.

When you’d finish a ‘shard farm’ start farming 501st clones shards. You’ll need them for gas.
