Plague is % based. You’re going to be drained just as fast whether you have more health or less...

That makes even less sense. Let's say I have 10,000 health and you have 20,000 health with health mods. 1 stack of Plague hits me for 5% or 500 dmg and hits you for 1000, then assuming we do 5,000 damage with 10% Health Steal. I will heal 500 damage and get rid of Plague, you will heal for 500 and still be Plagued.
Same old story man, Health mods does not help against NS, or rather make it worse for you.
It is still useful for chars that do multiple hit like han, counter attack team, n aoe chars.
