I was just wondering if the Inquisitors could complete it or not at r5 or even r7

The reason low relic troopers can do it is they stop the enemies from ever taking a turn after the first phase onslaught. Any other team would need a lot more resilience or firepower, so my guess is inquisitors would need to be very high relic to have a chance.
