Palp shock and stun and Vader G12 pieces

Also it's hard to tell with shock. R-2 and GK can be pretty tenacious but RJT should be easy to get and it seems like she resists everything.

Sometimes when using palps basic it does dmg but doesnt apply shock, now it would be understandable of resists or deflection but those dont appear, now that would mean a failing of the % chance to do a debuff but his basic should be a 100% chance to apply shock.

I'm currently full blown tin foil hat on this one. Palp's basic has an extremely hard time applying shock. It's getting to that point that i'm seriously considering it might be bugged.
I've got no issues with stuns though.

Have to agree on shock, I'm folding a Tin Foil Hat atm

Yea i think shock may have bugged. I've notice that in p3 haat chirpatine. It just doesn't stick.. i have 110% potency set for papa palpi. Before the update, at the worse it stick for 5 out of 6 for the B1.

My tin foil said his shock might be silently nerf. Bcause if not, it will be too OP.. fast TM boost, everyone locked with shock can't do much. :frowning:

I honestly think its some sort of bugged but since he is so powerful right now it is almost needed. My best guess is that its just going through the base resist check twice now. That would give him about a 72 percent chance of landing it, which is what I see. I tested it via GW.

They have had a lot of bugs related to EP in the past so I wouldn't be surprised. The even manifest in other characters often; for example the death trooper TM bug. Over all it's not the end of the end of the world that he is being cheated 13 percent
