Phoenix Uniques??

Pretty sure you treat as each character has the 5 unique abilities. So they gain health, protection, offense, whatever based from their own stats.

Everyone gains each other's uniques. So for example, everyone will get the benefit of Ezra's "Push Through" and gain offense on their turn up to the cap.

Note that uniques, unlike leadership abilities, go away when the character dies. So if Ezra dies, the accumulated bonus offense on everyone goes poof and they won't gain any more.

Edit: After re-reading I realize this isn't really what OP was asking, but hell with it, maybe it'll help somebody.
