Question about Rey (Jedi Training) Virtuous Protector Zeta

This is an interesting question.
Mechanics for the check if gaining a debuff look similar to what Thrawn lead has for his TM gain simply looking for persistent effect add debuff then it runs thru the rng for dispel.

A multiple debuff ability technically adds them one at a time down a query chain

Do if it looks each time one us added could you get an instance where it clears some because the first or second debuff that got added dispelled the previous but the 3rd or 4th added failed the check....
I know swgoh.gg doesn't show all the parts of the Mechanics but it makes you wonder.. Hopefully there is something on the client it self that makes it so if the check on the first debuff applied passes then it will clear the others applied after.
