Question about Rey (Jedi Training) Virtuous Protector Zeta

When Rey suffers a debuff she has a 40% chance to cleanse all debuffs. Seems simple enough. My question is, if RJT suffers multiple debuffs, does this chance stack? So if CLS inflicts two debuffs ...

To me it seems they never expect the players to go into to much questioning of these things.
