After all, we are just looking to establish that for a multiple debuff action the chance of the cleanse is higher than 40% because it is checked for each debuff. It is easy test (if you can find JTR with the zeta to go up against) and you don't have to pay attention to the TMR
There is 4 possible debuffs applied all 4 can be resisted
so if you get no resists but only a couple applied that means the zeta cleansed them
That is why a video of it would be useful. The TMR being un-resistable just means any resisted message popping up applies to the debuffs
