Rex lead. Will it ever end?
So Maul had a brief run at the top before getting a hard counter in R2 - and arguably Rex was already a counter to zMaul anyway. So how come Rex just keeps rolling on and on seemingly without end?

It's no secret. zFinn, R2, Poe, RT, and GK/Rey.
These guys beat everything on offense. Rebels fell out of my top 10 weeks ago. We have two Wedge leads that float just under 20 at their payouts.
I'm speaking from experience in terms of a leaderboard. I have an Ahsoka in my top 10, but she is under a Rex lead with Chaze and zBarris. That's TM central right there. No way around the TM game my friend.

Jedis and Thrawn lead pretty much kill Resistance expose mechanics though.- Wondering what the speed of those characters are. High speed R2 on a Rebel team with GK can also do well. Don't need TM manipulation if you have high enough speed on your characters.

I don't lose on offense. Plenty beat me on defense, but I could care less about that :)- So according to the meta report, Rex is the lead for about 75% of all #1 arena squads but hey, he's balanced.
I don't get why the people that so objected to zMaul can not apply the same logic to Rex. At least Maul's leadership was confined to his own faction. Unlike Rex. - Most likely because most of the people complaining about maul didn't have zetas or the right toons to build a maul team, but Rex doesn't need a Zeta and is pretty easy to gear so they all happy...XD
- zMaul was a blight because his only counter was a Rex lead before R2 was released. Rex has counters left and right. I could care less about Rex in arena or GW.
- Uhh, lots of people have complained about Rex for months.
Unless they change his leader ability he won't go anywhere anytime soon.
With really good mods Rex (L), Thrawn, GK, R2, and DN is the epitome of an annoying sandbox team.
