Shatterpoint question

When an enemy is exposed by windu. It says something about losing 20% health. Does it mean their overall health ? Or 20% of the health they have atm they are attacked

    All things % based are based on Max not Current. (Happy to be corrected but 99% sure)

    So this will do it based on 20% of Max Health of the character.
