Yup that's her name also known as shira-brie her code name when undercover in the rebellion. Later known as Lumiya Dark lady of the Sith.

She's not canon, nor does EA have a license for her due to a prior inclusion in an EA product, so I don't think she's a possibility.

And honestly, if they were going to include an Emperor's Hand, I think people would flip if they added Lumiya before Mara Jade.

Did she become not canon when Disney took the wheel? She's been considered canon since forever.

The entire EU became non-canon when Disney took over. The only things that are canon are the 7 main series movies, Rogue One, TCW, SW:R, and almost all other content (books, comics, etc.) that came out after Disney took over (2014).
So far, SWGoH has only included either characters that are canon, or characters that EA already has the license for, from one of the many games developed by EA.

If thrawn was transformed into canon, I hope both Mara Jade and Kir Kanos will one day become a part of the canon.
(It is weird though, because there is a radio play about Kir Kanos which is not considered to be canon)
