Healing only counts towards health, not protection

Is this basically the consensus? Heal immunity prevents both health and protection Regen and shock only prevents health Regen?

Healing Immunity - Character cannot regain health or protection.

Shock - Character cannot heal, gain buffs, or gain bonus turn meter.

Well, shock is a pretty powerfull debuff eventhough it doesn't prevent protection recovery. I don't really have a problem with that and i'm kinda glad only so many characters (2?) can inflict shock.
Currently there are alot more protection recovering teams/characters though, so maybe shock should also prevent that. i dunno. I'm fine with it either way.

This along with a zeta are the two buffs I want to see for emperor palpatine in any rework.

No, we can't. How is this different from healing only affecting health and not protection? Or protection regenerstion which only affects protection and not health?
