Should Baze dispell against Bastilla?

Did they have foresight?

Are you talking about the protection up Jedi get under a Bastilla lead? That is an undispellable buff, it says so on her lead description.

Not prot up, but the 10 plus buffs they seem to get. Damage happens, so I don't think they have foresight but I'll have to double check

You say they all have the buffs bastilla gives, so it sounds like bastilla gave the buffs to Yoda, who then copied them to the rest of the team. If he had a zeta, he gives foresight to everyone as well as the other buffs. Foresight would have prevented Baze from stripping the other buffs.

It could be that there were so many buffs on the screen that you couldn’t see the foresight.

They often put up foresight, so yes, Baze’s dispel might not work. I don’t use his mass dispel until much later in battle

Does a dispel encounter a potency/tenacity check before being applied? That would be a possible reason given the massive tenacity gain under a Bastila lead.

No, dispel can't be resisted. Jedi would probably be nigh-on unbeatable if it could.

No. For instance, Darth Sion reliably removes every single buff from a Bastilla Jedi team even when they have their massive tenacity up.

The difference between Baze and Sion is that Sion's Torment can't be evaded, so his dispel goes through Yoda's foresight and cleans up everything. Baze's dispel can be evaded.
