Some balance tweaks I'd make to specific characters.

Been thinking about a couple characters and what I'd do to bring them more in line with others. I'm not putting this in the Feedback section because it's not really ready to be submitted for real-real...

2 or more is equivalent to 2<=x so x can still be 2. You didn't change it.

Currently it refreshes if you get 2 or more. So if you get 2 crits, it will refresh. That's how it is in the game right now.

WIth this change his cooldown would refresh if you get 3 or more crits. So if you get 2 crits, that is not 3 (unless modded with Holy Hand Grenade) and therefore does not refresh.


You said reset cool down on two or more... which is what is in place currently.
