Question

Does it matter if you level up a toon first, then star up? Is starring up retroactive for a toon? I mean, if I star up a toon (Jedi Knight Anakin for example) to 7* before leveling up, would that toon in the end be much more powerful than if I had leveled the same Jedi Knight Anakin to 85 first and then work on starring up to 7*? Or does it matter, meaning stars are retroactive for a toon and in the end, both would be just as powerful in the game (gear aside)?

It doesn't matter. When you get the star it will apply the bonus to all existing levels.

Ok, after reading a a number of places that star levels are a modifier for increases in stats when leveling it was my thought that once I level up a toon without starring up I’d loose precious stat increases that would benefit the toon in the long run.
