Vaders Unique Zeta
That age old question on who to zeta approaches for me. One of the options I am considering is Vader's unique. Can anyone clarify if the 5% health gain applies to each DOT de-buff in the same way as EPs lead Zeta works. In other words do you get 5% health for each DOT that expires, regardless of whether the expiry is due to a cleanse, the character being killed or timed out?
