Why is Breach Description no where in game?
And impossible to find on the internet? Please tell me what Breach does.

- Breach itself is like target lock, it does nothing.
Breached targets will give certain toons an advantage or they will take a disadvantage when hit by that toon or while a particular toon is active.
Example:
HT:
Cut off the part about evasion- That's not true. Breach gives -25% speed and defense. Sometimes there are also other bonuses as Kyno said.
I think there used to be a description but they got rid of it once more ships could land it. Does it not still have the hover text though?
