It's unlikely, by their own admission padme was not designed to "the" meta team.

Yes but that does not mean palpatine is useless. He works great against BH, NS, and just weaker teams in general. The way you are putting seems that he has no place in the game.

Also no way I can test it but I think Kit Fisto with 3 stacks of courage might instagib people depending on how many attacks he gets. Might be fun to run anyway.

Ki Adi Mundi might be in the LSTB of Geonosis with the other reworks
