1 month of missing Darth Revan shards

1 month ago, I made a post regarding missing Darth Revan shards from completing the Journey Quests. There has been no update on any sort of resolution. Listed below is my previous post. 

I completed all Darth Revan tiers in the Journey Quests but I’m still missing the last 55 shards needed to unlock Darth Revan. Ally code: 811-795-977
