Same issue here, I believe it has to do with the capital ship. When looking at the requirements it shows the Executor although in the text it says the Chimaera.

    That is strange because both my Chimaera and Executrix are 7-stars. I've also been able to play this mission many times before.

      Looks like it’s affecting many of us. I have always been able to play mission except today.
