Having the same issue right now with the Aphra LSB. Purchased on webstore. Logged into game. Got an error message and some crystals. I don’t want crystals. I want the LSB.

They only knows how to stole your money. They tell You to talk inside The game: You did dont do anything. You talk in ea help dont do nothing and you can chat with a lot of robots with differents names and dont do nothing. I had The same problem with The inquisitors bundle since 24 of july and dont have my bundle of my money…. Dont buy anything with this company cause they stole your money
Since 24/7/2025 waiting for a resolution for cg for my inquisitors bundle… them stole my money i writte in game, in foros with ea nowbody did anything and my money dont came back or my bundle in my acount.
