Accidental Purchase
Hey team,
I accidentally purchased an Aurodium daily deal pack the 3200 crystal one while trying to open a bronzium pack. I’m hoping someone can help me out, those packs are quite expensive.

I just had a similar issue. If you go to the settings, Help, EA Help it’ll open a chat box with EA customer support. It took day or two for them to respond, but they did a one time reversal for me. Just explain you accidentally purchased the pack, and assuming you haven’t done it before they might be able to do the same for you.

I actually already did submit a ticket with EA help but haven’t gotten a response for a couple days. I heard that EA employees like Meathead are pretty active on here so tried to ask for help this way too after. And that’s right this hasn’t happened to me before
