Accidentally bought Conquest+

I made an in-game ticket but it hasn't been resolved over multiple days and I keep getting different people on the same ticket giving the same responses. They tell me to request a refund from Google, but when I do Google is saying I will lose access to the game if I request a refund. I want to know if that's correct?? 

Last conquest I bought the pass on the last day to get the rewards, I accidentally bought the $30 Conquest+ pass when I just wanted the $10 pass, since I didn't need/couldn't use any of the conquest+ pass rewards since it was the last few hours. I bought the $10 pass for THIS conquest and would be happy to get an upgrade to Conquest+, if possible (before it ends), or even $20 of crystals instead of requesting a refund from Google and losing access to the game. 

Is an EA team member able to help me resolve this? Or does anyone have experience with this that can offer some helpful comments?

  • Nobody has responded to my in-game ticket in 3 days. I know they said they were busy but I've been trying to get this resolved for almost 2 weeks.
