Account age restrictions misfiring

Hello. My web store and PC in-game purchases have suddenly become unavailable, seemingly due to the age restrictions on a child account. However, I'm an adult and my account age reflects it. I was able to make purchases before and have no spending limit set. I can still make purchases on the mobile app. My ally code is 774-682-538.
