Account Deleted
I was actively playing the game and when I went to log in one night, I suddenly had no access. My guild had told me that my name had changed to one of the default names and after days of arguing with EA support, all I could get was them telling me I had deleted the game account. Problem is, I did not delete the game account but they keep closing the case on me and nobody will help me try to get it back.

I'm so sorry. I'm not exactly sure what is happening there for you but this isn't something we're able to help with through the forums. The support team are set-up to examine account cases, they'd be better able to check out what might be happening there. If they've let you know this is the result of a RTBF request, I'd take that to be the case.
The accounts might still be recoverable if you can share the Player ID for the account you're trying to regain access to with the support team directly asap. Without that, their hands are tied.
