I achieved the red crate after 1 week, as normal, and spent the second week farming datacron materials. However, I was only sent rewards for 620 keycards, which means I am 25 shards short on Jocasta. I have achieved red crate on every other conquest.

I can assure you that I was shown the red crate, however. (I am normally quite paranoid and take a screenshot of my crate and shard progress, but with the 20 free shards we got this time, I didn't think it was necessary. RIP me.)
I trust that your data and calculations can show that I stopped attempting to make progress on feats after the first week (because I was shown that I had achieved the red crate), but continued to buy and spend energy farming datacron materials until the last day. It simply doesn't make sense that I would do this unless I had achieved the red crate, especially given that I have achieved the red crate on every other Conquest and followed the same pattern on all of them.
