@AceKillaBSG Most likely you used gmail and googlemail when creating the accounts. Have you tried logging in with googlemail instead and restoring your main account?
also, have you linked the main account to EA Help?

@EA_Gunner how can I do that? when I start up the game to login, it only gives me options to start as guest, sign in with EA connect, and Sign in with Google play. and also how can I link it to EA help? my old account isn't linked to an EA account I believe

    that did not explain how to sign in for googlemail instead of Google play. none of the articles have helped so far. do I need technical assistance from someone with admin or dev privileges?
