My Galaxy of Heroes account has been overwritten (a new account shows up for the game center I have always used, and I can't get my old one back( for over a year. I been trying to get it back recently, but no luck. It was connected to Game Center, but not this EA account, because at the time, I did not have an EA account. I did not take a picture of my player ID or Ally Code. But it was connected to Game Center.
Well, since there hasn't been an answer for two years, it's time to write about what helped me recover my account. Neither this forum nor EA's browser-based support site helped me. The only thing that worked was using the "Help" button in the game. But first, you need to change the game language to English (it was originally Russian), otherwise the link will be invalid. Only in-game support actually helped me recover my account.
I have similar problem. But my account was connected with google play and I have my game player ID. I connected my EA account with game account and my account 85+ lvl at google play was overwritten, so I con not get access to my game. HELP!
