Account purchase suspended. Help

I have purchased a energy pack on my apple account and then logged into my webstore account to buy the mando pack. The transaction has gone into pending with paypal. I lodged a request in app for help and they said an investigation was happening on purchase and this has cause me not to be able to buy anything at all. I have continuously clicked on restore pending transactions NOTHING.

They said this would take 72 hrs to investigate but the new clone is coming tomorrow so that will screw up my plans. How do we expedite this has this happened to anyone else? Why is it whenever i buy a LSB on the webstore there is a 50% chance with an issue with my account.

Just an update tried a 2.99 purchase on my ios and that seemed to have worked so the issue is just with the ea webstore i think as it is stuck in pending so this issue could be the same as the others I have seen with the Mando LSB.
