Account was deleted when trying to link to EA Connect

When trying to link an account to EA Connect, a guildmate deleted the account. Now, when logging in, he only logs in to the guest account. Tech support writes template replies and does not solve this...

The account itself has not been deleted. It is still present in the guild. But when the player tries to log in, he gets to the guest account. And he can't log in to his own.
