Additive drops are broken
During the active event with the additive drops I am receiving great mother's shards instead of the promised flawed signal data since I have at 7 stars already. Good job testing CG

I got signal data when I did the battles. I know in a few other places I saw that they were dropping both character shards and the promised mats when the required character is already at 7 stars, so maybe you just got unlucky and didn't pull any signal data? The drop rate was rather low for me.
