I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account. After a recent login, the game opened a new, empty account, instead of my original one. My original account had: - Above 3 million Galactic Power - Platform: Android Device model: Redmi 11S Xiaomi Linked account method: Google Play / Facebook What I’ve already tried: - Reinstalled the game - Cleared app cache and data Reached out to EA Help but haven’t received a response yet This account represents years of work and I would greatly appreciate help in recovering it as soon as possible.
