Anniversary bundle didn't come through

It gets to a point where its just annoying. For once I decided to buy crystals. I don't get them, I contact support, they tell me to wait 72hrs. Well I did, the order is not here. And now, the special order expires and the dude from EA says it is the fault of my internet connection and payment method. Well Mr. EA, I bought the christmas gifts to my girlfriend at the same time with the very same paypal and the very same internet with absolutely no issues. Fix it or lose yet another customer.
