Any Update on The Investigation?

A ton of people are having issues with purchases right now. I've seen people say they didn't get the characters, can't get a bundle, and being charged twice for the bundle and the only thing I've really seen in response is meathead responding to one post saying He sent it to the team for investigation. Will People who have been affected by these issues/Bugs get refunds or just stuck and charged for Crystals they don't want? Sorry if this sounds rude but it's a kind of ridiculous to charge someone for something take their money and just giving them Crystals instead of just canceling the transaction all together. I've personally not heard a word from Support on the issue when I sent in a Ticket 10 or 11 hours ago after being told to on here. This my first time dealing with an issue and it's been an awful experience.
