App don’t load
I have a problem with the app,
Just keep in the load screen and don’t run anymore,
what is the problem??
it’s the server? Or the app?

Please, help with this technical issue, the app don’t run, I delete the app and download again two times and nothing changes, during this day the app just keep freeze in load screen!

The problem isn’t solve, still continue the same problem un the load screen
somebody knows what’s happening??is a technical issue? Or account problem? Or app problem? Or server problems??
Mines exactly the same since they ran the update. If we delete and re-install I’m concerned I’ll lose years worths of purchases. Nobody seems to be responding on here.

I’m able to log in on the pc client still but the mobile app still wont load for me
