Apple Gift card not received rewards

I purchased a 50$ apple gift card from target and redeemed it on my iPhone and I’ve yet to receive anything for the promotion. I’ve contacted both in game support and Apple support and neither were able to help when finally ingame support informed me to post here to see if I can get help. It’s been almost a whole week I’ve deleted the game and re downloaded and and still nothing. I will definitely like to get as soon as possible because I missed out on getting CX-2 shards because of it. And yes I did redeem it in the US
