Did not receive in game purchase.

I tried to purchase a materials bundle and the game crashed right as it confirmed. I did not receive the materials I wanted and I was charged for the purchase. I have been trying to work with the in game Help chat, but they are just going round and round, assigning me to someone different every few hours. When they assign me to someone knew, they spout out the same thing. I have submitted all the proof of the charge. I need some help.
