Apple Gift Card Reward Issue

Hello,&nbsp;I purchased an online Apple gift card from Target for $50.00. I redeemed it on my computer and it asked me to download SWGOH on my Mac which I obviously can't do. The gift card loaded into my Apple account but I didn't get the rewards for SWGOH. Can you help? My ally code is 442-735-849. Thank you.&nbsp;

To update this. &nbsp;Customer service has been terrible so far. EA should not advertise a promotion if it does not work, even some of the time.

I have the same issue. I purchased an apple gift card from Walmart online. I redeemed it and did not receive shards or crystals. All code is 377-122-464. Please fix it.
