Apple Gift Card Reward Issue

Hello, 

I purchased an online Apple gift card from Target for $50.00. I redeemed it on my computer and it asked me to download SWGOH on my Mac which I obviously can't do. The gift card loaded into my Apple account but I didn't get the rewards for SWGOH. Can you help? My ally code is 442-735-849. Thank you.
