Apple Promotion

Hey Team! I’ve run into an issue with the Apple gift card promotion, I never got the pop up to prompt me to claim the in game bonus. I called Apple and they informed me it was an issue or delay on the game side of things. They told me I did it right and it’s just a delay from your side. If someone could reach out or let me know what information you need to resolve this. Thanks
