Apple Store promotion

I bought a gift card yesterday from target since I’m in the US and redeemed it early this morning at around 2am and I received a prompt asking to if I wanted to redeem the $50 bundle and obviously I said yes and got the confirmation that I had. I then went back into the game and rather then get a reset message like you would from the web store back into the game, I got a different one, not entirely sure what it said but I remember it saying there was an error and that I had to restart my game. After doing so I didn’t receive my rewards or an inbox messages. My ally code is 689-568-453
