Assistance Needed: Smuggler's Lightspeed Bundle Purchase Issue

I encountered an issue yesterday while attempting to purchase the "Smuggler's Lightspeed Bundle."
Initially, the purchase was marked as "payment pending," but it later showed as failed. Unfortunately, the bundle is no longer visible in either the Web Store or the app. Additionally, when others try to gift the bundle to me, it states that I am not eligible for this bundle.
I have already opened a help case regarding this issue. Support has advised me to post here, as they indicated that this forum team is the appropriate channel for resolving the problem.
Could you please assist in enabling me to either repurchase the bundle through the Web Store or app or allow others to gift it to me again?
