Attack buttons disappeared midst GAC match

Just lost a GL in my match due to the attack buttons disappearing.  That should cost me the match.

I thought this problem was supposed to have been fixed?  

Troubleshooting suggestions sure don't help after losing a GAC match due to this problem.

Hello. For the second time in the last two weeks my attack buttons disappeared midst match. I was also unable to exit the match the second time and needed to force close. The first time, which I reported when it happened was in GAC. This time it was fleet area. This time I needed to use 50 crystals to get my fleet rewards because of this. Who do I contact about getting my crystals back?

I also just had this happen to me in a Galactic Conquest battle... Normal difficulty, Sector 4, midway boss battle vs General Veers and the 5 stacks neverending ranks.  My team was Commander Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Chewie & c3p0, and cp0.  Had the battle down to just General Veers and shoretrooper remaining when this happened.  my controls disappeared and the auto-play button highlighted when I pressed it, but it did not do anything.

This is marked with an EA approved solution, but that's completely false to say there's a solution.  This was not a crash and there was no airplane mode use.

I had the same issue today in GAC also with a Raddus team which is why I'm posting here instead of creating a new topic.

My ally code is 579855549. I was running Raddus (lead), Jyn, Cassian, Bistan, and K2-SO (Raddus Zetas and Omicron, no other Zetas or Omicrons) with the Defiance Rising datacron which states "Whenever Light Side allies inflict a debuff on an enemy, they deal damage to that enemy equal to 2% of that enemy's Max Health."

My opponent was Emperor Palpatine (lead), Darth Vader, Thrawn, Tarkin, and Wampa (all Zetas and Wampas Omicron).

I had killed Darth Vader and then used Raddus' granted ability, Hope, which killed Emperor Palpatine and Grand Admiral Thrawn and left Wampa at very low health. Wampa then counterattacked and disappeared. I was then unable to take any further action and had to wait for the battle to time out. I assume what happened is that Wampa critically hit on its counterattack, which caused it to gain Expose from Raddus' leader ability, which caused it to take 2% max health damage from the datacron, killing Wampa. And then maybe the game thought Wampa was still alive?

I've used Raddus all during last month's 3v3 (although not with the datacron) and I regularly use him in TW with the datacron and haven't had issues any other time so I thought it might be a very niche interaction that caused the glitch but the original poster seems to have experienced the issue with, as far as I can tell, nothing in common other than using Raddus.

Would definitely appreciate QV team giving the issue another look. @EA_Gunner 

I just avec the same bug in a ship fight against executor , it was the last fin guy of my GAC and now I can’t win. 
i will go down in kyber 4 .

Summarize your bug Once again the Action Buttons disappeared. On May 15 this happened to me while in GAC and it cost me the match and I ended up being relegated down from Kyber 2 to Kyber 3. I reported that in game. Today it happened in DS Geo TB during a battle. Zone 3 lower it occurred in Phase 4.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game consistently and it will occur.

Once again the Action Buttons disappeared. On May 15 this happened to me while in GAC and it cost me the match and I ended up being relegated down from Kyber 2 to Kyber 3. I reported that in game and just added it to another bug report.  Today it happened in DS Geo TB during a battle. Zone 3 lower it occurred in Phase 4.  So I am making a new bug report.

@EA_Gunner I send this comment. This is definitely not resolved. Please advise.
