Bad Batch lightspeed bundle wasn‘t awarded

I bought the lightspeed bundle over the webstore, however i wasn‘t awarded the bundle, only crystals. I thought it was an issue on my end, however i have seen it come up here for other people. Can this issue be fixed and the bundles be awarded retroactively? I didn‘t want the crystals.

i have also just purchased the light speed bundle but i was not granted the rewards i paid for and i received crystals instead.

This is happening a lot, and with other LSBs, I submitted a ticket to either receive the bundle or get a refund, I don’t want crystals either, maybe 7.3k Omicrons be better..
