Bad Batch LSB error

Like many others, I have encountered an error when attempting to purchase the Bad Batch Light Speed Bundle. I received an error message, my game restarted, and then I was given crystals instead of Bad Batch characters.

I'd appreciate some help getting the proper bundle I paid for, or getting some guidance on initiating a refund. Thanks!
