Bad Batch LSB Not received after purchase

As many other i did not received the bundle after purchase it Friday March 21. Got my Email proof of purchase. If its possible to transfer me the Bundle in my account, it would be appreciated. Ally code: 878-916-496. If not, just refund me please.

Was purchased in EA boutique webstore on an Android phone. Case already open with EA but they seem not to be able to process the situation. Must be ingame...
