Bad Batch LSB purchase issue

I just purchased the Bad Batch LSB just now on the webstore.  The $29.99 went off my credit card.  When I went into the game on my iphone I had an message in my Inbox as per usual.  The message said:  Claim you Bad Batch light speed bundle.  Clicked it, but didn't get the characters.

Big supporter of the game here.  Would really appreciate if you can help me sort this out.  Really would like this bundle. (and paid for it)  Any advice on how to resolve this or assistance to solve it.
