bad batch lsb

I bought the bad batch lightspeed bundle yet didn't receive the bundle but over 4k crystals while 4k crystals is nice it wont get my bad batch ready for lord Vader, I know I could grind more and build them up but since I bought it I kind of expect to receive what I bought tried to contact support still waiting for a reply
